Austin brings over ten years of experience in acquiring, managing, and optimizing multifamily and industrial real estate investments. He launched his career at Marcus & Millichap, where he specialized in multifamily asset sales. This role provided him with a strong foundation in real estate brokerage, deal structuring, and market analysis. Eager to shift into a more active investment and ownership role, Austin joined MS Holdings a privately held, family office-backed real estate investment firm as an Acquisitions Director and Portfolio Manager.

At MS Holdings, he was instrumental in expanding and enhancing the firm’s real estate portfolio. His ability to identify high-performing assets and implement strategic acquisitions resulted in a more than 3X increase in portfolio revenue. Austin also played a vital role in refining property operations, optimizing returns through data-driven asset management practices.

Most recently, Rio has led the asset management efforts for the movie studio business, specifically Eagle Rock Studios in Atlanta—one of the largest studio complexes in the region.
Rio's expertise spans operational efficiencies, financial planning, and long-term portfolio growth. At Eagle Rock Studios, Rio plays a key role in aligning real estate strategy with the evolving needs of the entertainment industry, ensuring the studio remains a premier destination for major film and television productions.
